Everything you need to know before booking your first session with Robliv Risk Solutions.
Common Questions
We Have Answers
Are all sessions completely confidential?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is the cornerstone of everything we do at Robliv. Nothing discussed in a session is shared with any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law for safety reasons.
Do you offer remote / online sessions?
Yes. Sessions are available in-person in Harare or remotely via WhatsApp, Zoom, or phone call — giving you access to support wherever you are in Zimbabwe or beyond.
How many sessions will I need?
Every individual's journey is different. Some clients benefit from as few as 4–6 sessions, while others engage on an ongoing basis. Coach Robert will advise a recommended frequency after your initial consultation.
Is there a free initial consultation?
Yes. We offer a complimentary 20-minute discovery call so you can share your situation, ask questions, and determine whether Robliv is the right fit — completely free and with no obligation.
Can I pay per session or buy a bundle?
Both options are available. You can book and pay for individual sessions, or ask about our bundle packages which offer better value for clients committing to a structured programme.
Can I book a session for a family member without them knowing?
We always encourage voluntary participation, as motivated clients achieve the best outcomes. However, you are welcome to call and discuss a loved one's situation confidentially before deciding how to approach them. Coach Robert can advise on how to have that initial conversation.
Do you work with addiction to specific substances only?
No. Robliv Risk Solutions supports clients dealing with all forms of addictive behaviour — including alcohol, substances, gambling, and behavioural addictions. The coaching and therapeutic frameworks used are adaptable to any addiction context.
What happens in the first session?
The first full session is typically a thorough assessment — exploring your history, current situation, goals, and readiness for change. There is no pressure to share more than you are comfortable with. The goal is to build trust and develop a clear picture of how we can best support you.
